Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an executive suite which had stunning city views and a range of complimentary drinks. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to both train lines and some of the best shopping the city had to offer. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options catering to various tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

My stay at Novotel was exceptional! The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food options for everyone, including vegetarians. The location was perfect, with many good restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and the amazing city views. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

I loved my time here. Everything was very good, attentive staff, splendid views to immaculate room with a view. The buffet breakfast was above average and extensive, lots of options.

Located near two BTS stations, excellent options for food and drinks within walking distance. Room with scenic view and floor to ceiling window, along with a clean swimming pool and rooftop bar. Helpful staff with excellent English speaking skills. Breakfast with diverse options, including baked goods and local specialties. The room was immaculate and well maintained daily.

Unbeatable and decent location really close to a serviced apartment. You could walk to shopping centres and a market.

It was reasonably clean, and I enjoyed GREAT staff and rooms. The staff helped me with places to go.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! The location was perfect and all the staff were friendly. The room was very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. I loved the amenities such as the spa and wellness centre, as well as the swimming pool. Also, the buffet breakfast had a huge variety.

It was a fairly nice experience, I loved location and staff. Plenty of options for breakfast including pastries and fruit. Everything was simply perfect.

The room was immaculate, had a lovely view to immaculate room with a view. The rooftop bar was nice and the staff were exceptional.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, with different cuisines to choose from.

Extremely convenient hotel, we liked our stay, it had good food and decent location close to the Skytrain for accessing all the BKK tourist areas.

It was a fabulous experience in an exemplary hotel. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a fabulous view. Staff were superbly friendly and kept the place fairly clean. Quick check in & the service was fantastic.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to popular attractions and the skytrain. The rooms are bright, clean and modern with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The outstanding service provided by the staff adds to the overall experience. The breakfast offers a comprehensive choice of international dishes, while the infinity pool, gym, and rooftop bar are great facilities.

One minor downside was the short walk to the nearest BTS station.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
